Infographic: Video Game Industry Statistics
To those of us that research in games, video games, and computer games, this Infographic may be of value. Although the data may be getting a little dated (it only goes to 2009/2010 CE) I would hope that some of the information may still be of value.
Personally, I am heartened to discover that parents do indeed continue to monitor gameplay by their kids, and that mystery shoppers audits continue to improve in keeping mature games out of the hands of the young’uns.
The original article in The Atlantic by Nicholas Jackson is worth a quick read.
