How to Play Word Drop
To begin the game, after it loads you will see the click to play the game.
Select ‘Beginner’, ‘Intermediate’, ‘Advanced’ or ‘Supreme’ and click “Click to start” to start the game.
Click the letter tiles to make words.
Tiles with an asterisk (*) are wild (can be any letter).
To accept a word, either press “Submit” or your ‘enter’key or click the last letter of the word two times.
Click “Clear” if you want to clear the word you have been making.
Keyboard shortcut keys:
- “Enter” will submit a word.
- “Spacebar” or “delete” will clear the current word.
- “Down arrow” will drop new letters.
Level rules:
- Level 1: Any letters may be selected and words must be 3-8 letters long.
- Level 2: Any letters may be selected and words must be 4-8 letters long.
- Level 3: Only letters in the same column or row may be selected and words must be 3-8 letters long.
- Level 4: Only adjacent letters may be selected and words must be 3-8 letters long.
- Level 5: Only letters in the same column or row may be selected and words must be 4-8 letters long.
- Level 6: Only adjacent letters may be selected and words must be 4-8 letters long.
